The order is confirmed once payment has been made and confirmed. The customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If an order significantly exceeds our production capacity, we reserve the right to request that the order be revised. \u2028In this case, we will contact the customer to reach an agreement regarding delivery times. Delivery is made only within Switzerland to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only, and any delay shall not result in the cancellation of the order or entitle the customer to compensation. Any manufacturing defect must be reported by email within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, after receiving approval from customer service and before a replacement is sent.
Any refunds will be issued in the form of a gift certificate valid on all our products.\u00a0

The Mini-Futons Are Back<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The return of the Mini-Futons is volunteer<\/strong> and entitles the holder to a Refund of the purchase price in the form of a gift certificate<\/strong>.
The customer stays free to keep his Mini-Futon<\/strong>, which can be purchased like any other product on our website.<\/p>

The shipping costs<\/strong> related to the initial shipment and return are included in the purchase price<\/strong> from Mini-Futon.<\/p>

The Mini-Futon must be returned within good condition<\/strong>, that is to say clean, dry, stain-free, and odor-free<\/strong>.
Light use as part of the home trial is permitted.<\/p>

Returns can be made within a 30-day period<\/strong> effective upon receipt of the product.<\/p>

The gift certificate will be sent by email once Futon-Fut\u00e9 has received and verified the Mini-Futon.
It is non-nominative<\/strong>, non-refundable in cash<\/strong>, valid for 24 months<\/strong> effective upon receipt and Can be used with all of our products<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Futons and mattress toppers are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years, with the warranty amount decreasing starting in the third year. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications to the product, or failure to follow our general care instructions. This warranty applies to the product only.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
